The Tech-Link Program of Pittsburgh, PA is a
non-profit organization whose mission is to introduce students with
disabilities to careers in math, science and technology.
Tech-Link provides information, role models, and learning opportunities
through work-site visits, participation in robotic programs, job shadowing,
and internships at local businesses, corporations and universities.
Our programs offer career development opportunities for academically
oriented students from middle school to early adulthood that have
motor, visual and auditory impairments. Tech-Link promotes a philosophy
that students with disabilities should live functional and independent
lives. Expanding the student's knowledge of high-tech careers and
providing the opportunity to pursue those careers promote this belief.
