Location: School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS) at the University of Pittsburgh,
Information Services, Forbes Tower, Between Meyran Avenue and Atwood Avenue, Oakland.

• Candidate should be familiar with desktop productivity packages such as Microsoft Office
• Candidate should exhibit some degree of proficiency in one or more operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Macintosh, other)
• Candidate should be able to install printer drivers and applications to local device
• Candidate should exhibit a professional demeanor in phone and office troubleshooting
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge of basic understanding and knowledge in Word Processing applications
• Candidate must be familiar with at least one email application
• Candidate must have experience with Internet Browser technologies and applications
• Exposure to Local Area Network technologies useful, but not mandatory
• Provide phone support and record calls into Ticket Database
• Accompany senior analysts on installs and deployment of new devices
• Accompany manager of LRC on deployment, configuration and installation for AV equipment
  

Hourly Wage: $8.00
Flexible Hours: 8-16 hours/week
